Kyle Kessenich

Kyle Kessenich is a highly motivated and results-driven entrepreneur and self-starter with a strong sales background in real estate and retail sales. He possesses excellent organizational, creative and leadership skills with the ability to deliver ideas, visions, and results. Kyle has a proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with customers, increasing sales, and achieving sales targets. Kyle has experience working as an independent contractor and driver for Uber. During his time at Uber, he maintained a 5.0-star rating with over 5,000 trips as a Diamond Driver. He assessed and evaluated various situations, mitigated conflicts through clear communication, customer service, and professionalism, and increased driving proficiency by finding optimal routes to increase efficiency using multiple different apps.

As the founder and partner of WeXOOM, LLC, Kyle procured products from China, coordinated with vendors and manufacturers to ship overseas, and sold products on Amazon and Shopify. He was responsible for print and design packaging, keyword research, and social media marketing. Additionally, he managed scheduling, budgeting, inventory management, and accounting, including AP/AR.

Kyle was also the owner and partner of Natura Yogurt, Inc. dba Cherry on Top, where he secured the location, planned and designed the store layout through Pasadena City and Planning, and was responsible for day-to-day operations, including hiring and recruiting team members. He coordinated new product launches via flyers, digital/print marketing, and created new promotions for customers and a customer reward program.

Lastly, Kyle worked as a professional realtor at Keller Williams Realty and eXp Realty, specializing in managing a diverse portfolio of clients from first-time home buyers, sellers, and investors through the Greater Los Angeles area. He earned Rookie of the Year in 2014 and his accreditations include National Association of Realtors Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Nation Association of Realtors e-PRO Certified (E-PRO).
